Over the last two years we have worked with Alan to provide reliable and efficient systems to support his business. This included upgrading his laptop PC to Windows XP (with all latest updates) and installing a number of software packages such as QuickBooks (accounting) and Dragon Naturally Speaking for report dictation. For use while travelling, we set up an iPaq Pocket PC which synchronises diary entries, tasks, addresses, etc with the laptop. To reduce risk from PC failure or loss we recommended & installed PowerQuest backup software and an external hard disk drive.
